How does the booking process work?
After you book a service and make an investment, you will receive an inquiry form to your email within 24 business hours. The more information and details you provide in the inquiry form, the better we can create your vision. Please complete and submit your inquiry form within 3 business days. The turnaround time of the project will begin once the inquiry form is submitted. A draft of the project will be sent to your email and revisions must be requested instantly if desired. After your approval of the draft, the final files of the project will be sent to your email.
INVESTMENT POLICY
All services require the full initial payment upfront before any project work begins. We accept online and manual investments. Digital invoices will be provided immediately after your booking.

Digital products and bookings are final and non-refundable once an investment is completed. Reasonable alternatives are offered at the sole discretion of the designer.
PROJECT POLICY
All projects are digital and non-printable.
Clients will receive high resolution files in the format based on their choice. File formats are offered in PNG, JPG, or PDF. Other file formats requested will be an additional charge.

Revisions with minor changes to wording, font, imagery, or color changes are accepted. All projects include a listed number of complimentary revisions. After the complimentary revisions are exceeded, additional changes will be charged at $10 per revision.

Turnaround time for projects begin on the date of your inquiry form submission. Timeframes only include business days and our hours of operation. Turnaround times are subject to extension if necessary information is not provided or if revisions are requested.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
Giara Designs reserves the exclusive property of all preliminary designs, concepts, and drafts until investments and final projects are complete. Giara Designs retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios, media content, and promotional materials. Clients may not sell, modify, alter, or edit final designs without written consent from the designer. Giara Designs reserves the right to claim creative credit and clients must provide design credit where applicable. All works are protected under copyright law and unauthorized use or violation may result in legal action.​​
